One polka-dotted tights step at a time!

My journey as a mtf transgender with no plans to transition (but still undergoing dysphoria) because of a promise I made to my wife that I will not break. However, I do prefer feminine (She/her) pronouns here! I am 25 and from Texas. Got any questions? My ask box is open!!!

  • Student: Can I borrow a pencil
  • Teacher: I don't know, CAN you?
  • Student: Yes, also colloquial irregularities occur frequently in any language and since you and the rest of our present company understood my intended meaning, being particular about the distinctions between "can" and "may" is purely pedantic and arguably pretentious.

Hello!

I’m a 19 year old trans woman looking to further her transition, and I need help. I’m getting by on a student allowance and don’t have much room to move financially, and sadly I have upcoming costs.

Changing your legal name in NZ costs $127.70, with an additional cost of around $27 for a renewed birth/name certificate. And then there’s $140 for a new passport, which I will also need to acquire.

Luckily, all of these things will count as “evidence” in the court process I’ll need to go through to change my legal gender, which is why I’m doing this first.

Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. Much love.
